CAREERS and guidance fees are charged for professional services rendered � not as a guarantee of any specific employment outcome, job offer, interview selection, or hiring result. Please read this policy fully before making any payment.

1. Nature of Our Services

Plan B Careers provides professional career support services including:

  • Career counselling and guidance
  • Resume building and optimization
  • Interview preparation and mock interviews
  • Job search assistance and application support
  • Placement assistance and candidate coordination
  • Admission guidance and process support

These are professional consulting services. Fees, where applicable, are for the service itself � not for guaranteeing any specific outcome.

2. Fee Structure

  • Some of our services are provided at no charge (basic job listings, initial guidance)
  • Certain premium services � such as resume building, intensive interview coaching, or fast-track placement assistance � may involve a service fee
  • All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before any payment is requested
  • We do not take any fees on behalf of employers or institutions

3. Refund Eligibility

? Eligible for Refund

  • Service not yet initiated/commenced within 48 hours of payment
  • Duplicate payment made by error
  • Cancellation requested within 24 hours of payment (before service begins)
  • Service significantly not delivered as described

? Not Eligible for Refund

  • Service has already been initiated or partially delivered
  • Candidate was not selected by an employer (selection is the employer's independent decision)
  • Candidate did not appear for scheduled interviews or sessions
  • Cancellation requested after 24 hours of payment when service has commenced
  • Change of mind after service delivery has begun
  • Admission not secured due to candidate's own eligibility or institutional decision

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request to contact.planbcareers@gmail.com with your payment details and reason
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  3. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  4. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible

5. Disputes

If you have any concerns about a payment or service, please contact us first at contact.planbcareers@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and transparently. Chargebacks or payment disputes should only be initiated after attempting to resolve the matter with us directly.
